Public Speaking 1

In this course, students will learn the fundamentals of public speaking that will help them maximize their presentations and ability to connect with their audience. In the first 3 lessons, students will learn about the importance of nonverbal communication such as posture, eye contact, gestures, and more. The lessons switch to verbal communication that covers volume, tone, pitch, to name a few. Lastly, Students will learn how to write speeches and apply the techniques taught throughout the course. In each class, students will learn a new concept, apply those concepts with drills and exercises, followed by specific feedback from their instructor.
